- New card not yet authorized: If you just started using your card in a digital wallet, payments may be declined if authorization was not successful (e.g., insufficient funds or card blocked).
- Card suspended or frozen: If your card was frozen in-app, all wallet payments will be declined, and the card may appear as suspended.
- Card terminated: If your card has been terminated, it is no longer active in any digital wallet. If you reactivate it, you must delete and re-add the card to your wallet.
