How to add my dtcpay card to Apple Pay?

You can add your dtcpay card to Apple Wallet in two ways : directly from the dtcpay app or through Apple Wallet app on your iPhone or Apple device.

Adding from dtcpay app

1. Open the dtcpay app and navigate to the Cards tab
2. Select the card you wish to add
3. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet"
4. Complete the verification process when prompted

Adding from Apple Wallet

1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your device
2. Tap '+' icon in the top-right corner
3. Choose one of the following options:
4. 1. Select "Debit or Credit Card" and scan your card or enter the details manually
   2. Select dtcpay from the list of available apps
4. Complete the verification process when prompted

Verification Methods

When adding your card, you will need to verify your identity using one of these methods:

• In-App Verification
• • You will be redirected from Apple Wallet to dtcpay app
  • Log in to your dtcpay account
  • Tap "Approve" to complete verification
• One-Time Password (OTP)
• • You will receive an OTP via SMS or email to your registered cardholder details
  • Enter the OTP in Apple Wallet to complete verification

Important Notes

• During the setup process, you may see a small authorization charge (typically $0.00) on your dtcpay card. Any amount charged will be refunded automatically.
• If your card is not working with Apple Pay, try removing it from Apple Wallet and adding it again, or use a different card.
