To whitelist a wallet address, navigate to "Address Management" in your dtcpay wallet account, then click on "Add Whitelist Address."
Fill in the wallet address and select the token type, then click on "Submit."
Please note that you should whitelist your wallet address first before making any transactions and send funds from an unhosted wallet such as Metamask or Trust Wallet.
To add a bank account, navigate to "Bank Management" in your dtcpay wallet account, then click on "Add Bank Account."
Fund with Fiat Currency
You can deposit funds with fiat currency by first linking your bank account. To add your bank account, navigate to "Wallet" in your dtcpay account, and select the bank account you will be transferring funds from.
Fund with Crypto
To fund crypto in your dtcpay wallet account, navigate to "Wallet" > Crypto. Under the crypto you want to deposit, click on "Pay In." Then, select the network and either scan the QR code or copy and paste the wallet address into the account you're withdrawing from to deposit the crypto into your dtcpay wallet.
How to Withdraw Fiat Currency
To withdraw fiat currency, navigate to "Wallet" > "Fiat." Under the currency you want to withdraw, click "Pay Out." Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then select a bank account to send the funds to.
How to Withdraw Crypto
To withdraw crypto, navigate to "Wallet" > "Crypto." Under the crypto you want to withdraw, click "Pay Out." Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then select a whitelisted address to send the funds to.
To trade after depositing funds, navigate to "Swap" and click on "Pay & Receive." Select the tokens you want to pay and receive. Then, enter the amount, and click "Get Rate" to view the exchange rate. If the rate is acceptable, click "Confirm" to execute the trade.
When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) via email. It's important to change your password upon logging in for the first time and then enable other 2FA methods under "Security Settings".
Individual
Upon receipt of your complete application, the KYC verification process may take approximately 2-3 business days for processing, subject to approval.
Corporate
Upon receipt of your complete application, the KYC verification process may take approximately 7 - 10 business days for processing, subject to approval.
For Singapore citizens, a copy of the National ID is required, while non-Singapore citizens should provide a National Passport copy.
If the person is a non-Singapore citizen or non-permanent resident of Singapore, please provide proof of residential address within the last 3 months (such as bank statements, utility bills, telecom bills, or tax statements)
