How do I activate my physical card?

Once you receive your physical card, please follow the steps below to activate it:

Step 1: Go to the Card page

• Open the app and navigate to [Card].
• Select the physical card you would like to activate.
• Tap [Activate card].

Step 2: Set up your card preferences

You will be prompted to configure your card settings before activation.

2. 1. Choose the currency you would like to link to this card.
2. Optional: Enable Auto Debit
3. 1. Turn on [Auto debit] and set the [Debit priority order] if you would like to.

3. Optional: Set a spending limit
4. 1. Define a transaction or spending limit based on your preference.
4. Tap [Set up now] to complete the setup.
5. 1. You can update these settings at any time via [Card] > [Manage].

Step 3: Activate your card

• On the setup confirmation page, tap [Activate card] again.
• Enter the last 4 digits of the card number printed on the back of your physical card.
• Complete the required biometric authentication or OTP verification to activate the card.

Step 4: Set your card PIN

• Create a 6-digit PIN for your card.
• This PIN will be used for ATM withdrawals and in-store purchases when a POS terminal prompts for a PIN.
