How can I check the status of my card delivery?

You can track your card’s delivery in a few simple steps, following the natural order of your card’s journey:

Step 1: Physical card application approved

  • Once your card application is approved, your card is being prepared and personalized.
  • At this stage, no tracking number is available yet.

Step 2: Card dispatched

  • When your card is shipped via SingPost or DHL, a tracking number will appear in your dtcpay app or website.
  • Click the tracking number to view real-time updates on the courier’s website.

Step 3: Delivery in progress

  • Delivery : up to ~2 weeks (working days)
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
  • Delivery may be delayed on weekends, public holidays, or due to postal disruptions.

Step 4: Card delivered

  • Once the courier confirms delivery, your tracking status will update in your account.
  • If you don’t see your card, check with neighbors, reception or your local postal service.

Quick tips:

  • If no tracking number is visible, your card is likely still being processed — check again after one business day.
  • You can use your virtual card while waiting for the physical card to arrive.
