You can track your card’s delivery in a few simple steps, following the natural order of your card’s journey:
Step 1: Physical card application approved
- Once your card application is approved, your card is being prepared and personalized.
- At this stage, no tracking number is available yet.
Step 2: Card dispatched
- When your card is shipped via SingPost or DHL, a tracking number will appear in your dtcpay app or website.
- Click the tracking number to view real-time updates on the courier’s website.
Step 3: Delivery in progress
- Delivery : up to ~2 weeks (working days)
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
- Delivery may be delayed on weekends, public holidays, or due to postal disruptions.
Step 4: Card delivered
- Once the courier confirms delivery, your tracking status will update in your account.
- If you don’t see your card, check with neighbors, reception or your local postal service.
Quick tips:
- If no tracking number is visible, your card is likely still being processed — check again after one business day.
- You can use your virtual card while waiting for the physical card to arrive.
