We are seeking strategic and results-driven professionals for API Product Manager. The API Product Manager will lead the development and expansion of our API suite, including Payment, Card Issuing & Swap. This role involves shaping the API strategy, driving seamless integrations, and ensuring an exceptional developer experience. The role require strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of product strategy to drive innovation in the Fintech space.

What You’ll Do:
  • Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for our suite of APIs (e.g., Payment, Card Issuing & Swap), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver API capabilities, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.
  • Advocate for API usability and best practices, ensuring an exceptional developer experience through strong documentation and functionality.
  • Actively engage in product development, from defining requirements to reviewing technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of the product.
  • Lead the delivery of successful client API integrations and provide support to the Sales team on API-related queries.
  • Represent the API product line in leadership discussions, providing insights and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the pricing, packaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the API Platform.

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience in API design, integrations, and documentation.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in API development, card issuance, and FinTech trends, with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and digital payments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with Chinese teams and vendors.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, and quickly adapt to new challenges.

We are looking for a Product Manager deeply passionate about transforming user insights into impactful, customer-focused solutions. This role will expand and build upon the vision of the product, define features, and drive execution with our Engineering & Design teams. What You’ll Do:
  • Leverage market research, customer data, and understanding of business strategy to help build world-class customer-facing mobile and web-based apps for all platform services including crypto, payment and cards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science is highly preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management at high-growth technology companies, driving product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
  • Experience in crypto or traditional financial assets (professionally or personally).
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese team.

  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) and BRT (Business Readiness Test) of new product features before and after production cutover (UAT) respectively. 
  • Work with Product Managers (PM) to develop UAT and BRT test plans for new product features on the mobile app and web interfaces. 
  • Document and track issues found to ensure proper follow-up by respective product managers to resolve them. 
  • Provide feedback to optimise user experience and performance of product features based on test results. 
  • Support PM on user training and post launch issues or customer complains investigation.

What You’ll Do:

1.Customer Service Representative (Call Centre):

  • Promptly and professionally handle incoming calls and emails to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Establish and create Individual, Corporate, and Merchant dtcpay accounts with appropriate settlement configurations and wallet roles.
  • Configure Greenlink Type B and C, Banking Circle VA, and Matchmove Linkage.
  • Handle client-related updates and issues, including password resets, email and phone changes, and account settings adjustments (Markup config, Payout fee, referral, account status updating).
  • Adjust referral rates and fiat/stable coin markup settings.
  • Manage account freezes, suspensions, and Termination with diligent record keeping and process.
  • Liaise with the Product and Project teams to ensure backend system compatibility and development in line with operational needs.
  • Control on roles and resources needed depending on customers Board Resolution requirements. (ex: Maker, Checker, Viewer etc.).
  • POS Machine setup, Setup settlement configuration and various Terminal Routes. Use of PAX Portal to push POS updates and monitor the stability of POS Machine.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our compliance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding the integrity of our FIAT and crypto transactions by identifying suspicious activities and ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations across multiple jurisdictions. What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct in-depth investigations of flagged alerts from the transaction monitoring system across both FIAT and crypto (on-chain and off-chain) deposits and withdrawals to mitigate risk exposure.
  • Ensure all monitoring and reporting activities comply with applicable AML/CFT regulations, including MAS, BNM, SC guidelines, or other equivalent regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for submission to the MLRO in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify patterns and trends in transaction activities to detect emerging risks and recommend appropriate mitigating measures.
  • Support ad-hoc transaction monitoring projects and initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For:
