Senior/Product Manager (API)

We are seeking strategic and results-driven professionals for API Product Manager. The API Product Manager will lead the development and expansion of our API suite, including Payment, Card Issuing & Swap. This role involves shaping the API strategy, driving seamless integrations, and ensuring an exceptional developer experience. The role require strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of product strategy to drive innovation in the Fintech space.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for our suite of APIs (e.g., Payment, Card Issuing & Swap), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver API capabilities, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.
- Advocate for API usability and best practices, ensuring an exceptional developer experience through strong documentation and functionality.
- Actively engage in product development, from defining requirements to reviewing technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of the product.
- Lead the delivery of successful client API integrations and provide support to the Sales team on API-related queries.
- Represent the API product line in leadership discussions, providing insights and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Own the pricing, packaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the API Platform.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in API design, integrations, and documentation.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in API development, card issuance, and FinTech trends, with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and digital payments.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with Chinese teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in Web3 and FinTech is a plus.
