dtcpay is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager, Payments to join our team in Singapore.

In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of innovative payment solutions and merchant engagement initiatives. Your expertise will ensure seamless global transactions, drive exceptional customer experiences, and align with our mission of delivering scalable, secure, and sustainable digital payment solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage market insights, regulatory expertise, and emerging technologies to shape products that address diverse business needs while maintaining compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for cross-border, online, mobile, POS payment services.
  • Drive end-to-end product development including conceptualisation, design, build, test and deployment by working with UI/UX, technology, operations and compliance teams.
  • Manage external partners in integrating to their solution platforms and setup proper operational/support processes as part of implementation.
  • Define and execute project plans, breaking down tasks, mapping dependencies and identifying the critical path to ensure high quality and on-time product deliveries.
  • Perform regular competitive landscape analysis including pricing, features, target customers, support/SLA etc. to ensure effective market positioning of our products.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to drive innovation, revenue and volume.
  • Set product pricing and manage end to end costs to ensure product profitability with a short and long term view.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to develop customer value propositions, marketing collaterals and training materials.
  • Review and ensure proper processes and controls are in place for risk mitigation and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Understand/define/track product metrics and collect user feedback to optimise user experience and performance.
  • Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, problem investigation e.g. payment rejections, post implementation review and escalation.
  • Act as internal product expert to answer product related questions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science is highly preferred).
  • 1-5 years of experience in a product management/development role with experience in cross-border, QR code or online/POS payments highly preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese team.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to details and data-driven decision making ability.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fast learner and ability to thrive in high stress environment.
