Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to optimize sales and business development efforts
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the digital payments or cryptocurrency industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
