What you’ll do:
- Conduct SEO research and website optimization to improve organic reach.
- Develop a user acquisition pipeline and collaborate with the tech team to implement and track leads acquisition and conversions.
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, PPC) and social media ads (LinkedIn, X.com, YouTube) to increase brand visibility and followers.
- Lead KOL/influencer marketing campaigns.
- Implement growth hacking strategies through social listening and forums.
- Work closely with the content writer and designer to align messaging across all digital platforms.
- Provide weekly reports on marketing performance and lead generation.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
- Min. 5 years of experience, well-versed in SEO, PPC campaigns, and user acquisition strategies.
- Strong familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proven track record of using analytics tools to track and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Experience with influencer/KOL campaigns.
- An interest in or experience with the fintech, tech, finance, or web3 industries.
