The Cybersecurity Engineer (Technology Risk & Blue Team) play a critical role in managing technology risk, IT audits, security operations, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

1. Technology Risk Assessment for Regional Regulatory Compliance

  • Conduct technology risk analysis, ensuring alignment with business and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain, document and update changes to policies, SOPs, artifacts, risk registers, etc.

1. macOS VDI Implementation & Management:

We are a MAS licensed startup that has been in business for the past 5 years. We have recently been recognized as the PayTech of the Year at 2024 Asia FinTech Awards. With a profitable MVP, we are now focused on scaling our business model globally.

We are seeking strategic and results-driven professionals for Card Product Manager. The Card Product Manager will oversee the growth and execution of our card issuance programs, focusing on delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions for both B2B and B2C segments. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of product strategy to drive innovation in the Fintech space.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the preparation and execution of card product programs to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Act as the Product Owner (PO), defining user requirements and driving the successful delivery of card enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners, including Card Schemes, Card Processors, and Card Manufacturers, to ensure seamless program execution, logistics, and feature enhancements.
  • Develop and implement product strategies and business plans to drive growth in card applications and usage across both B2B and B2C models.
  • Define and execute revenue models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitability.

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in card issuing product management, with a strong understanding of card issuing processes, spending behaviors, and chargeback flows.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in API development, card issuance, and FinTech trends, with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and digital payments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with Chinese teams and vendors.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interest or experience in Web3 and FinTech is a plus.
