As part of advancing strategic collaboration in Da Nang, dtcpay also met with Lương Nguyễn Minh Triết, Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee and Chairman of the Da Nang City People’s Committee and his cabinet to discuss the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
