Responsibilities:
  • Daily accounting and finance duties.
  • Month end closing including preparation of month end schedules.
  • Monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting.
  • Perform daily bank, account deposit and credit card related reconciliations.
  • Treasury management including payment processing, following up with clients for payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Responsible for end-to-end treasury processing support for trade confirmations, settlements, and trade reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of daily FX, Interest rates and Securities prices in the system.
  • Assist in process improvements and automation within the Finance Team.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:
  • ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification with a Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years experience in preferably in an MNC
  • Experience in banking industry an advantage
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Organised, can work independently and have strong interpersonal and communication skills

dtcpay, a digital payments company based in Singapore, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join our Compliance . As the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting & bookkeeping, and seeking investors to make sure the company has enough funds to grow rapidly and achieve its mission & vision.

You will support the executive team in making decisions relating to financial strategy including ensuring adequate reserves across all asset classes (i.e. digital cryptocurrencies and fiat) and managing market exposure. You will also help design and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures, oversee and advise on capital deployment and cash flow planning as well as liaising with tax regulatory bodies, external auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities
  • Implement appropriate accounting processes for all companies within the group.
  • Streamline accounts payable processes and embed an expense management system and select the most appropriate accounting software for the firm.
  • Manage trade reconciliation processes so we can effectively monitor any accidental coin settlements and any fraud/theft.
  • Establish a monthly reconciliation process across the firm.
  • Monitor cash flow and build financial planning and analysis processes from scratch.
  • Establish business financial SOP.
  • Oversee all treasury functions for both fiat and digital assets.
  • Ensure adequate capital is available, and properly allocated across the organization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Find us the necessary capital from investors needed to grow, including establishing investment strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team on short and long term strategic financial objectives.
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgeting, business profitability across different sectors and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Establish and develop relationships with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with 8+ years post qualification experience.
  • Strong treasury and capital markets focused background.
  • 5+ years experience in B2C Fintech, blockchain, or Payment Gateway industry.
  • Strong knowledge in capital raising, investor seeking, financial projections,
    company growth, cash management and financial modelling, and capital hedging & management.
  • Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing accounting software.
  • A proven track record of negotiating contracts, business pricing agreements and/or partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial systems and reporting.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • To assist with work coordination and to perform follow-ups on the job status with the relevant team members/clients in order to meet the stipulated timelines/deadlines.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
  • To support the clients’ inquiries on accounting-related matters.
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero) for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+years of relevant accounting experience, prior accounting or audit firm experience will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of IFRS.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
