Where can I reset my PIN?

  • You can reset your card PIN directly in the dtcpay app or on the dtcpay website.
  • Please note that Visa card PIN format must be 6 digits.
  • Simply go to card Settings in the dtcpay app or website.
  • Select “Reset PIN”. Follow the on-screen prompts to set your new PIN.
