I’m having trouble adding my dtcpay card to a digital wallet

If you’re experiencing issues adding your dtcpay card to a digital wallet (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay), it’s usually due to eligibility requirements or a missed step during setup. Follow this guide to check your eligibility and add your card correctly.

Step 1 : Check if your card is eligible

To add your card to a mobile wallet, you must have:

  • A dtcpay card issued in a supported country.
  • Active card (not frozen, blocked, or cancelled).
  • The latest version of the dtcpay app installed.
  • The device supports the wallet you want to use.

For supported countries, please refer to the official pages below:

Step 2 : How to add your card to a digital wallet

The easiest and most reliable way is through the dtcpay app. Avoid typing the card details directly into the wallet app.

  1. Open the dtcpay app.
  2. Go to the Cards tab and select the card you want to add.
  3. Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay or Add to Samsung Pay.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.

Step 3 : Still having trouble? Common fixes:

  • Newly issued card? New physical cards may need to be activated first before adding them to a wallet.
  • Not receiving OTP ? Ensure notifications are enabled for the dtcpay app on your device and your phone number / email is correct in your dtcpay's cardholder profile.

If you’ve tried all steps and still cannot add your card, please contact dtcpay Customer Support for assistance.
