We are seeking an experienced learning and development professional to lead the administration of our learning management system and drive impactful training initiatives across the company. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs, support employee development, manage onboarding activities, and ensure accurate tracking of all learning records. What You'll Do:
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Manage and maintain the company’s LMS, ensuring all training materials, courses, and user data are accurate and up to date.
- Create, assign, and track training programs for employees through the LMS.
- Generate and analyze LMS reports on training completion, participation, and performance.
- Training Program Design & Implementation
- Identify learning needs through consultation with department heads and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.
- Onboarding & Orientation
- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update onboarding materials and orientation schedules within the LMS.
- Performance Evaluation & Development
- Support the design and execution of employee development plans.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Compliance & Record Management
- Ensure all training records are properly maintained and accessible via the LMS.
- Monitor compliance training completion and report to management as required.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with learning technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance training delivery.
- Recommend innovations to improve the overall employee learning experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor degree in Mass Communication or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training or learning & development.
- Hands-on experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and e-learning platforms.
- Experience in delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficient in LMS management – uploading courses, managing users, generating reports, and troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with LMS analytics is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, good in time management and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in fintech or payment industries.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
