We are looking for a Senior Treasury Executive to support the day-to-day management of the company's liquidity, cash flow, and treasury operations across multiple banking and payment channels. In this role, you will help ensure funds are available where and when they are needed, monitor foreign exchange exposure, and contribute to efficient treasury processes that support our growing global payment business. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and banking partners to maintain accurate, secure, and scalable treasury operations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain visibility over daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts to support effective liquidity management
  • Monitor cash inflows and outflows, highlighting potential funding gaps or liquidity requirements
  • Monitor foreign exchange (FX) exposure and escalate significant currency movements or risks
  • Support the execution of FX transactions and basic hedging activities under guidance
  • Ensure treasury transactions are processed accurately and on time, with proper documentation and audit trails
  • Maintain internal controls to minimise operational risk, errors, and potential fraud
  • Assist in improving treasury processes, systems, and internal procedures to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, Dev) to ensure smooth and timely fund flows

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking, or payments operations
  • Basic understanding of cash flow management, FX concepts, and financial operations
  • Exposure to fintech, payments, or crypto environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with data and automation tools is also a plus (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Claude Code or AI tools)
  • To support analysis, process improvement, and workflow efficiency
  • Experience working with multiple bank accounts or payment platforms is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred for stakeholder communication
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
  • Shift & Availability: This role includes a rotating weekend standby arrangement shared across the team. On weekdays, occasional after-hours support may be required on an ad-hoc basis when primary team members are unavailable.
