Senior/Product Manager (Card Issuing)

We are seeking strategic and results-driven professionals for Card Product Manager. The Card Product Manager will oversee the growth and execution of our card issuance programs, focusing on delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions for both B2B and B2C segments. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of product strategy to drive innovation in the Fintech space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and execution of card product programs to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Act as the Product Owner (PO), defining user requirements and driving the successful delivery of card enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners, including Card Schemes, Card Processors, and Card Manufacturers, to ensure seamless program execution, logistics, and feature enhancements.
- Develop and implement product strategies and business plans to drive growth in card applications and usage across both B2B and B2C models.
- Define and execute revenue models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in card issuing product management, with a strong understanding of card issuing processes, spending behaviors, and chargeback flows.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in API development, card issuance, and FinTech trends, with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and digital payments.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with Chinese teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in Web3 and FinTech is a plus.
