The Product Designer will play a critical role in creating user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and an ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful and visually appealing products.

What You’ll Do:

• Create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring visual consistency with Figma’s design system.
• Develop interactive prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Perform research, analyze user behavior, and enhance product design accordingly.
• Work with cross-functional teams, align design with business goals, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Plan and facilitate design thinking brainstorming workshops to support ideation and creation of UX artifacts for our product scoping and delivery planning.
• Stay updated on trends, drive innovation, and enhance the company’s design culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attached portfolio link in your CV to showcase your portfolio.
• Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design. Less experience will be considered for junior role.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin as you will need to liaise with Chinese vendor.
• Able to conceptualize and explore different creative solutions to bring innovative ideas to market.
• Experienced in using Figma design system components, ensuring a consistent visual language and cohesive user experience across our products and platforms.
• Skilled in producing polished, production-level visual design.
• Proficient in prototyping design solutions using tools like Figma, Framer, or ProtoPie.
• Experienced in conducting user research to make design enhancements.
• Capable in managing stakeholders expectations, set a clear vision, and secure cross-functional alignment.
