We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing improvement of our internal product ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and external vendors to resolve issues, analyse system behaviour, and support key operational processes that keep our platforms running smoothly. What You'll Do:
- Ensure timely resolution and prioritisation of post-launch internal product issues.
- Analyse logs and perform basic testing to identify root causes of bugs or performance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on intricate technical issues and provide detailed reproduction steps.
- Implement small fixes or workarounds where applicable to support business continuity.
- Track and document issue patterns, resolutions, and lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
- Share feedback with product managers to improve product roadmaps, functionality, and overall reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product operations, integration, or technical support.
- Ability to read and interpret logs for troubleshooting purposes.
- Familiarity with APIs, callbacks, and tools such as Postman.
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms to build or maintain automated workflows is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a reliable and user-focused product experience.
- The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as you will collaborate with Chinese vendors.
