We are looking for a Product Manager deeply passionate about transforming user insights into impactful, customer-focused solutions. This role will expand and build upon the vision of the product, define features, and drive execution with our Engineering & Design teams. The ideal candidate has solid experience building innovative technologies from scratch, is driven by data and the need to build world-class products, and has a pragmatic approach to getting high-impact enhancements to market quickly. Experience in product planning, customer discovery, and implementing product development processes is all vital for this role.

What You’ll Do:
  • Leverage market research, customer data, and understanding of business strategy to help build world-class customer-facing mobile and web-based apps for all platform services including crypto, payment and cards. 
  • Create experiences that drive growth, customer engagement and revenue. 
  • Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to deliver best in class products. 
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other Product teams to deliver integrated product solutions. 
  • Leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to create innovative product features and experiences. 
  • Drive alignment on product priorities, timelines, and go-to-market strategies to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives. 
  • Champion user-centric design and data-driven decision-making, ensuring our products exceed customer expectations. 
  • Define and manage key product metrics (e.g., user engagement, adoption, conversion rates). 
  • Regularly review performance data with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, opportunities, and optimization strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science is highly preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management at high-growth technology companies, driving product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
  • Experience in crypto or traditional financial assets (professionally or personally).
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese team.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to details and data-driven decision making ability.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.
  • Exceptional ability to influence, align, and drive collaboration across diverse functions.
  • Fast learner and ability to thrive in high stress environment.
