We are seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Specialist to elevate dtcpay’s brand presence, manage strategic events, and support high-impact partnership initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for someone with strong execution capabilities, experience in fintech or Web3, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  1. Branding
  • Strengthen and manage dtcpay’s brand identity across all channels and markets.
  • Develop marketing materials including pitch decks, corporate collateral, and brand assets.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across campaigns and platforms.
  • Support leadership with thought leadership materials and brand storytelling.
  1. Events
  • Lead dtcpay’s participation in major fintech and Web3 events (SFF, Token2049, HK FinTech Week, etc.).
  • Manage full event operations: vendor management, booth design, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Drive high-quality engagement through demos, partner activities, and event-based campaigns.
  • Measure event performance and report on key outcomes.
  1. Partnerships Marketing
  • Support co-marketing and partnership initiatives with merchants, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Create partner kits, joint announcements, and aligned messaging.
  • Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Product teams to deliver integrated partner activities.
  • Manage brand approvals, communications, and marketing workflows with partners.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or partnerships.
  • Proficiency in creating slides and visual materials (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma).
  • Background in fintech, Web3, payments, or technology industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience handling event execution and vendor coordination.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
