We are on a mission to simplify digital payments and empower businesses with secure, compliant, and innovative financial solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager specialised in AI and Automation to drive the design and execution of our AI and automation roadmap. This role is critical in helping us enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance, and reimagine how technology can unlock value across our operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and drive the AI and automation roadmap for dtcpay’s internal systems (compliance, onboarding, and operations).
  • Identify and prioritise manual or repetitive workflows suitable for AI and automation.
  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and engineering teams to design, pilot, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement the most effective AI tools and technologies.
  • Monitor solution performance (accuracy, efficiency, adoption) and lead continuous optimisation efforts.
  • Educate and upskill internal teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to regulatory, risk, and ethical standards within the fintech environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in AI, data science, or automation-focused product roles, with fintech or regtech exposure preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, workflow automation, or LLM-based applications.
  • Strong product judgement to determine when to apply AI, rules-based logic, or traditional solutions.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into business and operational value.
  • A curious problem-solver who balances innovation with practical execution.
  • Comfortable working across functions with engineers, compliance officers, and operations teams.
  • A future-oriented thinker who is also highly execution-driven.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese vendors.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
