We are hiring for multiple Product Associate roles, each playing a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our internal systems. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be considered for one of the following positions:

Product Associate – Compliance & Onboarding
Focuses on onboarding, KYC/KYB, and compliance-related workflows, acting as the bridge between external product managers and internal compliance/operations teams.

Product Associate – Operations & Customer Service
Works on tools and workflows that support customer service and operations, including dashboards, ticketing flows, and SLA performance tracking.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and customer service teams to understand workflows and requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Conduct testing and user acceptance (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new features.
  • Document SOPs, process notes, and training materials for internal users.
  • Track key metrics to measure efficiency, accuracy, and adoption of new tools.
  • Support audits, regulatory requirements, and change management processes.
  • Ensure internal systems are aligned whenever new external product features are launched.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in fintech, regtech, payments, treasury, finance, accounting, operations, or customer service systems.
  • Strong process thinker — detail-oriented, but able to see end-to-end workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort handling reconciliations, ledgers, reporting, or workflow optimisation.
  • Excellent communicator who can work effectively with compliance officers, finance teams, operations staff, and engineers.
  • Execution-focused, empathetic to end-user teams, and passionate about driving operational excellence.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
