Join the team as an EUC (End-User-Computing) Intern and gain hands on experience supporting everyday technology used across the company. This role is designed for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn about end user support, device management, identity and access systems, and workplace technology operations in a real business environment.

What You'll Do:

  • End User Technical Support
    • Support day to day technology needs for employees, including computers, mobile devices, software, and internal applications. Provide office backend support, such as basic network connectivity troubleshooting and printer setup and issue resolution, as required.
  • Device Setup and Maintenance
    • Assist with the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of desktop computers, laptop computers, and mobile devices, primarily Apple iOS devices.
  •  Identity and Access Support
    • Support identity and access management tasks using Okta, including user account setup, access requests, and troubleshooting single sign on issues.
  •  Device Management Assistance
    • Assist with mobile device management administration, including device enrollment, security policy checks, compliance support, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Email and Collaboration Tool Support
    • Provide basic support for email systems and workplace collaboration tools.
  • Connectivity and Access Troubleshooting
    • Help troubleshoot common connectivity issues related to networks, virtual private networks, printers, and system access.
  • Security and Compliance Support
    • Assist in ensuring end user devices meet security requirements such as software updates, antivirus protection, and access control policies.
  • Documentation and Asset Tracking
    • Help maintain records of support requests, solutions, and information technology asset inventory.
  • Issue Escalation and Team Support
    • Escalate more complex technical issues to senior engineers or external vendors when needed, while learning proper support workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current student or recent graduate with a diploma or bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • No prior full time experience required. Internship, part time work, or academic project experience is welcome.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and macOS systems.
  • Interest in identity and access management tools such as Okta.
  • Interest or exposure to mobile device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting concepts.
  • Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a customer service oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow technical guidance.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
