We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy End-User Computing (EUC) Intern to join us. This internship offers hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations, including endpoint support, identity & access management, device management, and automation initiatives within a fast-paced and security-conscious environment.

You will work closely with experienced engineers to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, manage enterprise devices, and gain practical experience with modern workplace technologies and tools. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about IT infrastructure, automation, and enterprise technology support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications across macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows environments
  • Assist with device setup, provisioning, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access-related issues
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding, account access management, and identity platforms such as Active Directory or Okta
  • Assist in managing endpoint and mobile device management (MDM) platforms
  • Support application deployment, device compliance checks, and endpoint security configurations
  • Help develop simple automation scripts using Bash or Python to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, SOPs, and operational documentation
  • Support incident resolution, audit preparation, and day-to-day IT operations in a security-conscious environment
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and support enterprise collaboration tools such as Lark, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Strong interest in IT Support, End-User Computing (EUC), Endpoint Management, or Identity & Access Management
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting concepts
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation using Bash or Python is an added advantage
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.

Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to tools such as Okta, Active Directory, Intune, JAMF, or Kandji
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Lark, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom
  • Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, or ITSM/ticketing platforms
  • Internship, university project, or hands-on experience related to IT support or automation is a plus
