We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Coordinator to support community engagement and day-to-day marketing activities. This role will help manage dtcpay’s online communities, support events, and assist with communication and engagement initiatives across the region.

What You'll Do:

  1. Community Support
  • Assist in managing dtcpay’s community channels (Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn groups, etc.).
  • Share updates, answer basic questions, and help keep conversations active and positive.
  • Monitor conversations and flag insights or issues to the team.
  1. Engagement & Events
  • Support planning and execution of webinars, AMAs, small meetups, and community activities.
  • Assist with logistics for events and partner engagements.
  • Help coordinate sign-ups, reminders, and follow-up communications
  1. Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in preparing simple community content (posts, FAQs, polls, updates).
  • Work with the design team to request assets and ensure brand consistency.
  • Help coordinate internal requests, timelines, and deliverables.
  1. Tracking & Reporting
  • Track basic engagement metrics, community growth, and activity levels.
  • Provide weekly summaries and insights to the marketing team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, community management, or communications (internship experience acceptable).
  • Interest in fintech, Web3, blockchain, or digital payments.
  • Comfortable using Telegram, Discord, and social/community platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-oriented mindset.、
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have

  • Basic content creation or design skills (Canva, simple editing tools).
  • Experience supporting events or community activities.
  • Regional exposure in SEA is a bonus.
