The following document types are accepted as Proof of Address:
• Bank statement or bank letter
• Official government-issued correspondence
• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
• Municipal bill or local authority letter
• Telecommunication bill (mobile, internet, landline)
All documents must meet the following requirements:
• The full page must be visible with all corners shown
• Your full name must be legible
• The full address must match the country of residence selected during dtcpay account registration
• The document must be dated within the last 6 months
Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF. Please submit your document through the dtcpay App.
