How do I deposit cryptocurrency into my dtcpay wallet?
- Open dtcpay app, then go to Wallet > Deposit > Stablecoins. If you’re using the Business Portal, select any cryptocurrency and click “Add.”
- Choose the stablecoin you want to deposit (e.g., USDT).
- Select the correct network for the currency (e.g., Ethereum).
- Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code to complete your transfer.
Important Notes
- Deposits from unhosted wallets (e.g., Metamask, Trust Wallet):
- You must whitelist your wallet address before depositing.
- Tap “Add whitelist” at the bottom of the Deposit Stablecoin page, or click this link for more details.
- Deposits from hosted wallets (e.g., Binance):
- Ensure you are using a supported cryptocurrency exchange when making your deposit.
