    How we can help

    Everything you need to know about dtcpay QR payments.

    For SGQR codes, the QR must display either the dtcpay or the PayNow logo in order to be scanned and processed successfully.

    SGQR (Singapore Quick Response code) is a national unified QR label that combines multiple QR payment options into one, including PayNow. All QR payment methods accepted will be displayed at the bottom of your SGQR Code.

    PayNow is an electronic fund transfer service that allows you to transfer SGD funds instantly to a payee, using the payee’s designated mobile number or NRIC/FIN or UEN number instead of his/her bank account number.

    A payee can receive funds via PayNow as long as he/she has a Singapore bank account with one of the PayNow participating banks, and has registered his mobile number, UEN or NRIC/FIN as a PayNow Proxy with the participating bank.

     

    There is no minimum transaction limit. The maximum limit that you can send depends on your wallet limit, with industry standard limit of SGD 200,000 per transaction for Paynow and SGD 20,000 per transaction for SGQR.
