A crypto deposit will successfully credit to your dtcpay account only when both of the following conditions are met:
• The deposit is sent from a non-custodial wallet address that has been whitelisted on your dtcpay account, OR from a supported custodial wallet, AND
• The sender and the recipient are the same person.
