A card may be frozen for one of the following reasons:
• Irregular or unpermitted transaction detected: If you encounter an unusual transaction on your card, you may temporarily freeze the card as a precaution. In this case, you can unfreeze your card directly through the dtcpay App under Card Management.
• Account suspension: If your card is frozen due to an account suspension, you will need to contact our support team to review the situation and assist with reactivation.
