We are seeking a App Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fiat and digital asset products. In this role, you will design and scale referral, rebate, and incentive programmes while owning the growth product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to experiment, analyse user behaviour, and launch data-driven initiatives that accelerate sustainable app growth in our target markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and iterate on user referral, rebate, and incentive programs to drive sustainable app growth in target markets.
  • Define and own the growth product roadmap, prioritising features that improve user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and data teams to experiment, measure, and scale growth initiatives.
  • Analyse user behaviour and funnel data to identify drop-off points and opportunities across the fiat and stablecoin product journeys.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading fintech apps to identify growth gaps and best practices.
  • Translate growth hypotheses into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering execution.
  • Monitor key growth metrics (DAU, MAU, referral conversion rate, CAC, LTV) and report performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure growth mechanics align with regional regulatory requirements for fiat and crypto products.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a growth or consumer-facing Product Manager role.
  • Proven track record of designing and launching referral, loyalty, or incentive programmes that drove measurable user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting product and behavioural data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto/Web3 products.
  • Solid understanding of both fiat payment flows and stablecoin/digital asset mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to write crisp, structured PRDs.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity, improve efficiency in product research and data analysis, and support faster product documentation and workflow optimization.
  • Fluent in both English & Mandarin, and able to use it as a working language to communicate with cross regional teams.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
