We are looking for an API Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our API ecosystem that powers payment products, merchant integrations, and internal platforms. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance, and operations to build scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly APIs. You will play a key role in enabling seamless integrations with payment partners, card schemes, and digital asset infrastructure while ensuring our API platform continues to support the company's growth and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Map and audit the existing API landscape across payment, compliance, and operations, identifying gaps and defining the build roadmap required to support business scale
  • Owning the merchant-facing API product end-to-end — interface specifications, developer onboarding, sandbox environments, and documentation — ensuring fast and reliable merchant integration
  • Manage technical integrations with payment channels including Visa, Mastercard, stable coin networks, and local payment rails; translate counterparty requirements into internal specifications and ensure integrations remain stable and scalable
  • Coordinate API design standards across product lines — compliance systems, card products, treasury, and customer-facing surfaces — defining versioning, deprecation policies, and governance frameworks
  • Monitor API performance metrics including success rates, latency, and error patterns; drive resolution with engineering and operations before issues impact merchants or partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact when payment channels introduce specification changes or new scheme mandates, and manage the response end-to-end

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years in product management with a focus on API or platform products
  • Strong technical fluency — able to read API specifications, understand REST principles, and engage deeply with engineering teams
  • Experience managing payment channel integrations or working within a regulated payment environment
  • Familiarity with card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), payment processing flows, or stablecoin infrastructure is a strong plus
  • Structured thinker with strong documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating across compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders simultaneously
  • Fluent in both English & Mandarin, and able to use it as a working language to communicate with cross regional teams.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.

  • Regional exposure and career growth opportunities

  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative digital payments
